A resin impregnated cured in place liner with an integral inner impermeable layer, (22) a method for its manufacture and an apparatus to do this are provided. The liner is formed from a resin impregnable material having an impermeable layer bonded to one surface. The material is formed into tubular shape with the impermeable layer on the outside of the tube about a tubular forming member and continuously everted into the tubular forming device to place the impermeable layer on the inside. An outer impermeable film (31) is placed about the inner tubular layer (28) and may be impregnated with vacuum in the usual manner. Alternatively, the tubular resin impregnable material may be passed through a resin tank (53) and impregnated with a curable resin prior to being wrapped with an outer impermeable layer. The impregnated liner is then suitable for pull-in-and-inflate which can be by steam in view of the integral inner impermeable layer of the liner.
La présente invention concerne une gaine durcie sur place imprégnée de résine présentant une couche imperméable interne intégrée (22). L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication et un dispositif permettant la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé de fabrication. La gaine décrite dans cette invention est constituée d'un matériau pouvant être imprégné de résine présentant une couche imperméable collée sur une surface. Le matériau présente une forme tubulaire, la couche imperméable étant située à l'extérieur du tube autour de l'élément de façonnage tubulaire et retournée en continu dans le dispositif de façonnage tubulaire de manière à permettre la pose de cette couche imperméable à l'intérieur. Un film imperméable extérieur (31) est placé autour de la couche tubulaire interne (28) et il peut être imprégné par vide selon le procédé classique. Dans un mode de réalisation différent, ledit matériau peut être acheminé à travers un réservoir de résine (53) et imprégné avec une résine durcissable avant d'être enveloppé d'une couche imperméable extérieure. La gaine imprégnée est alors prête pour être tirée et gonflée au moyen de vapeur de manière à former la couche imperméable interne intégrée de la gaine.
