REVEN FOR METHOD OF CURING INGOT MOLD STOOL PATCHES ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Anchored plastic refractory ingot mold stool patches of the type requiring thermal curing may be cured by placing over the surface of the patch an aluminum-iron oxide thermite powder and then igniting the powder to cause it to burn, thereby curing the patch.
