- 20 - ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Conventional curling brushes consist of a handle and a brush head secured to one thereof thus producing a fixed offset head type brush. These are also bulky to ship in their present form. The present inven- tion provides a socket and plate pivotally secured to an interfacial plate attached to the brush head block in a spring loaded manner so that when the handle is affixed, the head can be rotated through 360° and detachably held at an indexed rotational location at any relative angle desired.
