A circuit is disclosed for a current sink which presents a high resistance to currents in a predetermined fre- quency range. In the simplest case, the current sink is formed by a bipolar or field-effect transistor whose switched current path sinks a current flowing in- to it and whose control terminal (B) is connected to the input (E) of the switched current path through a selec- tive component (C1) passing the predetermined frequency range.
