50,131 ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A mounting device is disclosed which provides mechanical support and electrical insulation for a current transformer used in monitoring radio frequency signals in the neutral lead of a dynamoelectric machine. By encapsu- lating the current transformer in a rigid insulative apparatus with a central conductor passing therethrough, the transformer can be placed proximate the neutral bus of the dynamoelectric machine to avoid attenuation of the radio frequency signals.
