A support structure, for curtains, consisting of two curtain rods whose movement and position, up and down along two tracks, is controlled by two control cords and two cord holding mechanisms. This invention is suitable for use with many types of windows including sliding glass doors through which pedestrian traffic must pass. This invention facilitates control of the amount of privacy maintained within a room as the amount of light and ventilation admitted into the room is varied.
