A cushion body of a seat cushion easily reinforced at a low cost, a method of manufacturing the cushion body, and a foam molding device used for the manufacturing method, the cushion body (10) having the front surface and both side surfaces formed in a shape generally matching the shape of the seat cushion ranging from the front surface to both side surfaces thereof comprising a foam body (11) formed of cold urethane foam formed in a shape generally matching the profile of the cushion body (10), permeable materials (12) fixed to the foam body (11) integrally with each other, and impregnated layers (13) fixing the permeable materials (12) to the foam material (11) integrally with each other to reinforce the portions of the cushion body (10) where the permeable materials (12) are fixed to the foam body (11) integrally with each other, wherein the thicknesses of the impregnated layers (13) are such that can provide a specified reinforcement strength to the portions of the cushion body (10) where the permeable materials (12) are fixed to the foam body (11) integrally with each other.
L'invention concerne un capitonnage de coussin de siège pouvant être renforcé facilement et à peu de frais, un procédé de fabrication de ce capitonnage et un dispositif de moulage de mousse utilisé dans ce procédé de fabrication. Le capitonnage (10) comprend une surface avant et des surfaces latérales dont la forme correspond globalement à la forme de la surface avant et des surfaces latérales du coussin de siège. Le capitonnage (10) est constitué d'un corps en mousse (11) à base de mousse uréthane dont la forme correspond globalement au profil du capitonnage (10), de matériaux perméables (12) fixés sur le corps en mousse (11) et de couches imprégnées (13) permettant de fixer les matériaux perméables (12) sur le corps en mousse et de renforcer les parties du capitonnage (10) où les matériaux perméables (12) et le corps de mousse (11) se joignent.
