A down-filled cushion cover useful for covering foam blocks of different sizes. The cover has extending tabs which permit it to be tightly wrapped around the sides of foam blocks of different sizes and attached so that it forms a secure fit. This prevents the necessity of having an individual size of down-filled cushion cover for each sire of foam block.
