ABSTRACT A cushion, mattress or the like including, at least one foam portion having a top and bottom and having at least one substantially vertical opening extending from proximate the top to proximate the bottom of the foam portion; the foam portion having at least one biasing means having at least one end and located within each opening the at least one biasing means extending from proximate the top to proximate the bottom of the foam portion; the at least one biasing means having an interior and having disposed therein, at least one inner core portion substantially filling the interior of each biasing means, each of the at least one biasing means when inserted into each opening substantially filling each opening from proximate the top of the portion to proximate the bottom of the portion.
