An envelope includes a front wall having two lateral edges, a top edge, and a bottom edge; and a rear wall having two lateral edges, a top edge, and a bottom edge, the front and rear walls joined along their respective lateral and bottom edges; wherein the front and rear walls each have an outer ply including an outer layer including a propylene polymer or copolymer, polyamide or copolyamide, or polyester or copolyester, and an inner layer including an ethylene homopolymer or copolymer; and an inner ply including an inner and outer surface, including an air cellular or foamed material; the inner surface of the outer ply being adhered to the outer surface of the inner ply. A closure flap or other closure device, and one or more intermediate layers, can option~ally be included in the envelope.
La présente invention concerne une enveloppe dont la paroi antérieure comporte deux bords latéraux, un bord supérieur et un bord inférieur, la paroi postérieure comportant également deux bords latéraux, un bord supérieur et un bord inférieur. Les deux parois sont réunies par leurs bords latéraux et inférieurs. Ces parois sont faites en deux épaisseurs. La première épaisseur, extérieure, réunit une couche extérieure de polymère ou copolymère de propylène, de polyamide ou de copolyamide, ou enfin de polyester ou de copolyester, et une couche intérieure d'homopolymère ou copolymère d'éthylène. La seconde épaisseur, intérieure, définissant une face intérieure et une face extérieure, renferme un matériau en mousse ou à cellules d'air. L'épaisseur extérieure est collée par sa face intérieure à la face extérieure de l'épaisseur intérieure. L'enveloppe peut éventuellement comporter un rabat ou tout autre dispositif de fermeture, ainsi qu'une ou plusieurs couches intermédiaires.
