A customer offers a cooperation in reducing the production/supply cost of the supplier, referring to cooperation request information for customers about reduction of all the production/supply cost that the customer obtains through a medium such as a magazine, a newspaper, a direct mail, or the Internet and including the cost of manufacture, cost of purchase, administrative expense, and anticipated risk of the production/supply system of the supplier. The supplier accepts the offer after examination. The customer receives a return of part or all of the results of the reduction of the production/supply cost, thus performing a consumption activity by using a customer-involvement production/supply system operating device. The customer-involvement production/supply system operating device is also used for the production/supply activity performed by the customer under the condition of a purchase activity including use of a return privilege obtained from not only the supplier from which the customer purchases a production but also other suppliers.
Un client fait une offre de coopération, sous forme de réduction des coûts de production/fourniture d'un fournisseur, en donnant les informations de demande de coopération relatives à la réduction de tous les coûts de production/fourniture que le client obtient par un moyen tel qu'un magazine, un journal, un courrier direct ou l'Internet, y compris le coût de fabrication, les frais d'achat, les frais administratifs et le risque anticipé du système de production/fourniture du fournisseur. Le fournisseur accepte l'offre après examen. Le client reçoit en retour tout ou partie des résultats de la réduction des coûts de production/fourniture et réalise ainsi une activité de consommation en utilisant un dispositif faisant fonctionner un système de production/fourniture englobant le client. Le dispositif faisant fonctionner le système de production/fourniture englobant le client est également utilisé pour l'activité de production/fourniture réalisée par le client dans le cadre d'un achat comportant l'utilisation d'une reprise d'invendus obtenue non seulement du fournisseur auprès duquel le client achète une production mais aussi d'autres fournisseurs.
