The invention relates to a method of delivering goods or services to a user, such as a temporary parking authorisation for a motor vehicle, by an automatic terminal, such as a ticket machine. The inventive method is characterised in that it comprises the following steps: i) identification of the user by the terminal and ii) after identification, automatic allocation by the terminal of specific goods or services delivery conditions, said conditions being particular to the user.
