In the wine making process, individuals can purchase juice concentrate or reconstituted juice that is aseptically packaged in bladders and shipped in cardboard boxes (known as wine kits) or similar containers (plastic pail) with the final product destined for wine making. The customer cannot customize their juice concentrate used for wine making. In this invention, the individual will be able to customize their own juice concentrate for wine making by using web-based application configuration software . The configuration and data management software (proprietary software) will permit the customer to select and customize their juice concentrate from a series of red and white juice concentrate based on availability. The software will provide descriptions of the juice concentrates, and enology on wine making to assist the customer to blend or customize their own "batch" of juice concentrate. Once the order is submitted, proprietary automated dispensing machine will complete the customer's recipe and instructions and place the juice concentrate into an aseptic package. Each package is labelled and then shipped.
