The invention relates to a composite system for a cut-off wheel (1), in particular with a diameter greater than 400 mm, consisting of an abrasive external cutting ring with depressions (3) on both sides in the vicinity of the bore, two flush-fitting tensioning plates (2) being placed in said depressions to act as a core clamping device. Said clamping plates are re- usable elements, retained by the user, and transfer forces to the clamping flanges (4a + 4b) of the machine. The plates also increase stability and reduce waste.

L'invention concerne un système composite d'un disque de tronçonneuse (1), présentant notamment un diamètre supérieur à 400 mm. Ce disque est composé d'un anneau abrasif de séparation externe, pourvu d'évidements (3) des deux côtés dans la zone de forage, deux plaques de serrage (2) s'adaptant précisément dans les évidements pour former un dispositif de serrage médian. Ces plaques de serrage sont des éléments réutilisables qui restent chez l'utilisateur, lesdites plaques transmettant la force aux brides de serrage (4a + 4b) côté machine et augmentant en outre la stabilité tout en réduisant les déchets.
