CUTTER MODULE FOR A MODULAR MAILING MACHINE ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION A cutter module for a mailing machine having a support wall and base comprising a cutter support member slideably mounted to one of the mailing machine support walls such that the cutter support member can be slideably displaced longitudinally traversed to a tape portion. The mailing machine includes means for ejecting indicia printed tape portions. A rotary cutter blade rotatably is mounted to the cutter support member. A drive means reciprocally displaces the cutter support member traverse to the tape portion. A cutter beam is provided coactive with the rotary cutter blade.
