ABSTRACT There is provided a culinary device which comprises, in combination, a cutting board and a container with the cutting board of a substantially non porous material having a raised portion extending about the periphery and providing a fluid outlet which permits fluids from the cutting board to flow to a container which is positioned and retained in a desired position. The container has a grid-like member to permit rinsing and allows for draining from the bottom of the container.
