The invention discloses a cutting device for cutting a film web and for cutting off corners at the same time, comprising a first cutter for cutting off the film web and at least two additional cutters for cutting off the corners obliquely, the at least two additional cutters converging in V shape and meeting the first cutter in a common point of intersection. The first cutter and the at least two additional cutters are produced integrally from a single strip-shaped blank. A method for producing such cutting device comprises the steps of cutting initially along a given length of a strip-shaped blank, from one end along a cutting line extending in the longitudinal direction, folding the strip over about a folding line constituting the prolongation of the cutting line, and bending the two end portions so produced by the cutting step away one from the other in V shape. The cutting device is used in a device for producing plastic bags comprising a flap.
Cette invention porte un instrument de coupe pour couper une pellicule et couper les coins en même temps, et se compose d'une première lame pour couper la pellicule et d'au moins deux autres lames qui coupent les angles obliquement et qui convergent en V et rencontrent la première lame en un point d'intersection commun. La première lame et les autres lames sont produites à partir d'une même pièce de matériau. Une méthode permet de produire cet instrument de coupe et comporte les étapes de la coupe initiale le long d'une longueur donnée de matériau à partir d'une extrémité d'une ligne de coupe se prolongeant dans le sens longitudinal et recouvrant la bande le long d'une ligne de pliure constituant le prolongement de la ligne de coupe et repliant les deux extrémités ainsi produites par la coupe en les éloignant l'une de l'autre en V. Ce dispositif de coupe est utilisé dans une machine qui sert à produire des sacs en plastique avec un rabat.
