The invention relates to a cutting device comprising two jaws (1,2) which can be moved one over the other by means of manual operation, at least one of said jaws embodying a cutter (3), in addition to one protective nose (4) which is arranged in front of the cutter (3) and which projects into the cutting mouth extending between the jaws (1,2). According to the invention, the protective nose (4) can evade a restoring force (7) and one of the jaws (1) embodies an avoidance chamber (5), the bottom (6) of which supports the end of a spring (7), said spring engaging with the protective nose (4) by means of its end.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de coupe comprenant deux mâchoires (1, 2) déplaçables de manière à s'appliquer l'une sur l'autre au moyen d'une commande manuelle, et dont au moins l'une forme une lame (3), un nez de protection (4) émergeant dans la bouche de coupe s'étendant entre les mâchoires (1, 2), disposé devant ladite lame (3). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le nez de protection (4) peut s'esquiver à l'encontre d'une force de rappel (7), et en ce que l'une (1) des mâchoires forme une chambre d'évitement (5), à la base (6) de laquelle prend appui l'extrémité d'un ressort (7) s'engageant par son extrémité sur le nez de protection (4).
