Cutting device (1) provided with a curved bottom surface (2) having a predetermined radius of curvature (R), provided with a front part (6), a rear part (7) and with at least one longitudinal edge (20,21), as well as a cutting blade (3) which is arranged transversely on the bottom surface and which extends at a distance from the longitudinal edge, in a longitudinal direction from the front part (6) to the rear part (12) and is connected to the bottom surface, which front part of the bottom surface (2) is narrower in a transverse direction than the rear part, with a cutting edge (9) extending in the longitudinal direction from a front point of contact (5) with the bottom surface (2) to a top (7) which is situated at a distance (D) from the bottom surface, which distance is at least 50% of the radius of curvature, preferably at least 75% of the radius of curvature, most preferably is at least virtually as great as the radius of curvature, and with an angle between the cutting edge and the bottom surface in the front point of contact being between 65° and 40°.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif tranchant (1) pourvu d'une surface inférieure incurvée (2) présentant un rayon de courbure (R) prédéterminé, pourvu d'une partie avant (6), d'une partie arrière (7) et d'au moins une arête longitudinale (20, 21), ainsi que d'une lame tranchante (3) qui est disposée de manière transversale sur la surface inférieure et qui s'étend à une certaine distance de l'arête longitudinale, dans une direction longitudinale de la partie avant (6) à la partie arrière (12) et est reliée à la surface inférieure, ladite partie avant de la surface inférieure (2) étant plus étroite dans une direction transversale que la partie arrière. Ledit dispositif tranchant est également pourvu d'une arête tranchante (9) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale d'une pointe de contact avant (5) avec la surface inférieure (2) à une partie supérieure (7) qui est située à une certaine distance (D) de la surface inférieure, laquelle distance représente au moins 50 % du rayon de courbure, de préférence au moins 75 % du rayon de courbure, est idéalement au moins presque aussi grande que le rayon de courbure, et un angle entre l'arête tranchante et la surface inférieure dans la pointe de contact avant étant entre 65° et 40°.
