The invention relates to a lawn mower having at least one rotating knife which is mounted on a rotating, motor-driven knife carrier by means of a screwless, detachable connection, this connection being detachable by a relative rotation between knife and knife carrier. It is thereby important that the connection between the knife and its knife carrier is made by a centrally arranged bayonet lock and that this bayonet lock can be locked in the closed position by an additional locking element.
