A cutting/scraping tool is disclosed, comprising a housing (22) defining a longitudinal axis (A), a transverse chamber (30), and a blade chase (28) adjacent a forward end of the housing. A cartridge (32) is releasably retained within the chamber by detent lugs (36B) extending laterally from an outer surface of the cartridge in frictional engagement with a plurality of complementary detent recesses (36A) positioned on the housing. A blade (40) within the cartridge is in aligned registry with the blade chase (28). A deflector (52) is positioned beneath the blade. A transport mechanism (42) is slidably mounted on the housing for substantially longitudinal movement between forward, intermediate and rearmost positions. An actuator (44) projects from the housing to effect said sliding movement of the transport mechanism. The transport mechanism has a flexible, resilient tongue portion (42A). A tab (46) is formed on the tongue portion within the housing adjacent a forward end of the transport mechanism. The transport mechanism is rearwardly removed from the cartridge at the rearmost position. Sliding movement of the transport mechanism from the rearmost position to the intermediate position causes the tab (46) to enter the cartridge beneath the blade, and be deflected upwardly by the deflector, to carryingly engage a socket positioned on an underside of the blade. Sliding movement of the transport mechanism from the intermediate position to the forward position causes the tab to carry the blade from the cartridge to project in an operative position from the blade chase, so as to present a sharpened edge (40B) of the blade for use.
L'invention concerne un outil de découpe et de raclage qui comporte un boîtier (22) définissant un axe longitudinal (A), une chambre transversale (30) et une fente (28) à lames, adjacente à l'extrémité avant du boîtier. Une cartouche (32) est fixée au boîtier de manière amovible au moyen de pattes d'arrêt (36B) saillant latéralement d'une surface extérieure de la cartouche, et venant au contact, par frottement, de plusieurs cavités complémentaires correspondantes (36A) situées dans le boîtier. Une lame (40), située dans la cartouche, est en alignement avec la fente à lames (28) et un déflecteur (52) est placé sous la lame. Un mécanisme de transport (42) est monté de façon coulissante sur le boîtier, permettant un mouvement longitudinal entre une position avant, intermédiaire et arrière. Un actionneur (44), destiné à entraîner ledit mouvement longitudinal du mécanisme de transport, fait saillie sur le boîtier. Le mécanisme de transport comporte une languette flexible et souple (42A). Un taquet (46) est formé sur la languette, dans le boîtier, de manière adjacente à l'extrémité avant du mécanisme de transport. Ce dernier peut être ôté par l'arrière de la cartouche, en position arrière. Un mouvement coulissant du mécanisme de transport de la position arrière à la position intermédiaire, entraîne le taquet (46) à pénétrer la cartouche, en-dessous de la lame, et à être dévié vers la haut par le déflecteur, de façon à porter une douille située sous la lame. Un mouvement coulissant du mécanisme de transport de la position intermédiaire à la position avant, entraîne le taquet à porter la lame de la cartouche pour la projeter hors de la fente dans une position opérationnelle, de façon à présenter un bord aiguisé (40B) de la lame.
