ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A cutting tool, particularly a scissors with drawing cut includes a lower shear blade pivotally connected to an upper shear blade by a bolt or other suitable means which projects into an oblong hole in the upper shear blade. The lower shear blade is provided with a straight groove which extends obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the lower shear blade and is engaged by a pin which is part of an injection molded part snugly received in the oblong hole of the upper shear blade.
