The present invention relates to hitherto unknown compounds of formula (I) or their tautomeric forms, the attachment to the pyridine ring being in the 3- or 4-position, in which formula R stands for one or more substituents which can be the same or different and are selected from the group consisting of: hydrogen, halogen, trifluoromethyl, C1-C4 alkyl, alkoxy or alkyloxycarbonyl, nitro, amino or cyano and X stands for direct bonding, substituted C3-C7 cycloalkylene, divalent heterocyclic ring (with one or more nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur), arylene, oxygen, one or two sulfur or amino which can be substituted by hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl; and Q1 and Q2 stands for C1-C10 divalent hydrocarbon radical which can be straight, branched, cyclic, saturated or unsaturated; and pharmaceutically acceptable, non-toxic salts and N-oxides thereof. The present compounds are of value in the human and veterinary practice.
L'invention concerne des composés jusque-là inconnus, de formule (I), leurs formes tautomères, leurs sels et leurs N-oxydes non toxiques pharmaceutiquement acceptables, dans lesquels le noyau pyridine se fixe en position 3 ou 4. Dans la formule (I), R représente un ou plusieurs substituants, identiques ou différents, choisis dans le groupe comprenant hydrogène, halogène, trifluorométhyle, carboxy, alkyle C¿1?-C¿4?, alcoxy, alcoxycarbonyle, nitro, amino ou cyano; X représente une liaison directe, un cycloalkylène C¿3?-C¿7? substitué, un noyau hétérocyclique divalent (avec un ou plusieurs atomes d'azote, d'oxygène ou de soufre), arylène, oxygène, un ou deux atomes de soufre, ou bien amino pouvant être substitué par hydrogène ou alkyle C¿1?-C¿4?; et Q?1¿ et Q?2¿ représentent un radical hydrocarboné divalent C¿1?-C¿10? pouvant être droit, ramifié, cyclique, saturé ou insaturé. Ces composés sont intéressants en pratique médicale et vétérinaire.
