Cyberfit lenticular 2D biomechanical exercise diagrams serve as visual educational tools that can be used in commercial, governmental or privately owned fitness, sports and rehabilitation facilities. Their function is to remind and inform users how to both effectively and safely perform specific physical exercises, while incorporating the correct biomechanical movement Depicted exercises may also include strength equipment such as free-weights and weight machines. The diagrams can be affixed to fitness equipment as well as printed collateral. For example, a multi- or mono-chromatic lenticular biomechanical diagram can be affixed to corresponding exercise equipment or information display areas. This enables a user to view both the start and finish of specific exercises by slightly altering the angle of their visual perspective. An additional feature of the biomechanical diagram is the illustration the muscle or muscle group/s being targeted.
