-1- CYCLE EXERCISER ABSTRACT A cycle exerciser of the kind having a frame, rotor mounted on that frame and foot engagable cranks operatively connected to the rotor to drive same. The rotor is preferably of the air resistance type having a plurality of blades arranged cross wise to the direction of rotation. A seat is carried by a column of the frame which forms a forward boundary of the frame and the rotor is mounted behind that column. At least one handlebar is secured to the frame adjacent the seat and is spaced laterally outwards from the seat. The arrangement is such that a user can move into and from an operative position on the exerciser without hindrance from the handlebars or any part of the frame.
