The present invention relates a method for preparing a cyclic peptide with an anti-parasitic activity and an anticancer activity. The invention also relates to said peptide as an anti-parasitic agent, for example, in treating toxoplasmosis, and as an anti-cancer agent. The invention also relates to the use of said cyclic peptide in the ex vivo treatment of organs before transplantation.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un peptide cyclique à activité antiparasitaire et à activité anti-cancer. L'invention concerne également ce peptide en tant qu'agent antiparasitaire, par exemple dans le traitement de la toxoplasmose et en tant qu'agent anti-cancer. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de ce peptide cyclique pour traiter les organes ex vivo avant transplantation.
