NEW CYCLIC PHOSPHOROUS ACID ESTERS AND PROCESSES FOR THEIR PRODUCTION AND USE ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE New cyclic phosphorous acid esters corresponding to formula (I): Image (I) in which R1 and R2 represent alkyl, aryl or aralkyl radicals, in addition to which R1 may be a hydrogen atom and Y represents a single bond, -S- or -HCR3- in which R3 represents a hydrogen atom or alkyl radicals, are produced by reacting a bisphenol represented by a specified formula with a phosphorous acid ester represented by a specified formula. These phosphorous acid esters are particularly useful as stabilizers (particularly with respect to discoloration) for organic isocyanates.
