The invention provides a cyclic single strand trispecific anti-tumor antibody. The antibody is combined by anti-tumor Fab, single strand antibody and modified anti-human CD3 or CD28 Fab. The present invention also provided the DNA sequence that codes for the antibody. The expression vector containing the DNA and the corresponding host cell containing the vector are also disclosed.
