This invention relates to a process for the production of polyurethane/urea moldings from a reaction injection molding process by processing the reaction mixture consisting of a diisocyanate and an isocyanate-reactive component via the one-shot process at an isocyanate index of about 80 to 130. The diisocyanate is an unmodified cyclo-aliphatic diisocyanate. The isocyanate-reactive component consists of 1) at least one polyol having functional groups which are hydroxyl groups, amine groups, or mixtures of hydroxyl groups and amine groups such that the equivalent ratio of hydroxyl groups to amine groups is from 0:1 to 1:1, and 2) at least one chain extender which is selected from diols, triols, primary aliphatic amines, secondary aliphatic amines, aminoalcohols and mixtures thereof. The equivalent ratio of hydroxyl groups to amine groups in the chain extender component is from 1:2 to 10:1. A catalyst capable of catalyzing the reaction between isocyanate groups and isocyanate-reactive groups is also present in the reaction mixture.

Méthode pour l'obtention de produits en polyuréthane/urée moulés par réaction-injection, consistant à traiter le mélange réactionnel de diisocyanate et d'un constituant réagissant avec l'isocyanate par un procédé en une seule étape, à un indice d'isocyanate d'environ 80 à 130. Le diisocyanate est un diisocyanate cycloaliphatique non modifié . Le constituant réagissant avec l'isocyanate renferme : 1) au moins un polyol possédant des groupes fonctionnels, soit des groupes hydroxyle, amine, ou des mélanges de ces groupes, avec un rapport hydroxyles/amines se situant dans une plage de 0/1 à 1/1; 2) au moins un extenseur de chaîne, choisi parmi des diols, des triols, des amines aliphatiques primaires, des amines aliphatiques secondaires, des aminoalcools et leurs mélanges. Le rapport groupes hydroxyles/groupes amines dans l'extenseur de chaîne se situe entre 1/2 et 10/1. Le mélange réactionnel renferme également un catalyseur pour la réaction entre les groupes isocyanates et les groupes réagissant avec ceux-ci.
