Disclosed is a novel cycloalkanecarboxamide derivative having a selective cathepsin K inhibitory activity. Also disclosed is a method for producing such a cycloalkanecarboxamide derivative. Specifically disclosed is a cycloalkanecarboxamide derivative represented by the general formula (I) below or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. (I) (In the formula, R1 and R2 respectively represent a (substituted) alkyl group, a (substituted) alkenyl group, a (substituted) alkynyl group, a (substituted) aromatic hydrocarbon group, a (substituted) heterocyclic group; ring A represents an alkylidene group having 5-7 carbon atoms; and B represents a formyl group or a hydroxymethyl group.)
L'invention concerne un nouveau dérivé de cycloalcanecarboxamide possédant une action inhibitrice sélective sur la cathepsine K. L'invention concerne également un procédé destiné à la production de ce dérivé de cycloalcanecarboxamide. L'invention concerne tout particulièrement un dérivé de cycloalcanecarboxamide représenté par la formule générale (I) ci-dessous ou un de ses sels de qualité pharmaceutique.
