A cyclohexanediurea derivative represented by general formula (I) or a salt thereof, a process for producing the same, an intermediate therefor, medicinal applications thereof, method of treatment therewith, and use thereof, wherein R1 and R2 represent each independently at least C3 linear or branched alkyl, cycloalkyl which may have a bridgehead atom, furyl, furyl-substituted lower alkyl, or aralkyl; and A1 and A2 represent each independently optionally substituted phenyl, pyridyl, quinolyl, isoquinolyl or indolyl.

L'invention concerne un dérivé de cyclohexanediurée représenté par la formule générale (I) ou un sel de celui-ci, son procédé de production, un intermédiaire utilisé dans le procédé, les applications médicales dudit dérivé ainsi qu'une méthode de traitement avec celui-ci, et son utilisation. Dans ladite formule, R<1> et R<2> représentant chacun indépendamment alkyle au moins C3 droit ou ramifié, cycloalkyle comprenant éventuellement un atome de tête de pont, furyle, alkyle inférieur à substitution furyle, ou aralkyle; et A1 et A2 représentant chacun indépendamment phényle, pyridyle, quinolyle, isoquinolyle ou indolyle éventuellement substitués.
