Cyclohexenone compounds of the formula I Image where the substituents have the following meanings: R1 is C3-C4-alkenyl, C3-C4-alkynyl, C2-C4-haloalkyl, C2-C4-halo- alkenyl, C2-C4-alkoxyalkyl or a radical CH2-R3, where R3 is a 5-ring heterocycle with one to three nitrogen atoms and/or one to two oxygen atoms and/or one sulfur atom as hetero-atoms, which may bear up to two double bonds and one or two of the following substituents: C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy, C1-C4-alkylthio, halogen, trifluoromethyl, C1-C4-alkoxymethyl, C1-C4-alkylthiomethyl and/or vinyl, or phenyl which may bear one to three of the following groups: C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-alkoxy, C1-C4-alkylthio, halogen, trifluoromethyl, nitro and/or C1-C4-dialkylamino, and R is C1-C4-alkyl, and their agriculturally acceptable salts, processes for their manu- facture, and their use.
