The present invention relates to new dopamine D3 and D2 and serotonin 5-HT1A receptor subtype preferring ligands of formula (I); wherein A represents alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, heteroaryl, cycloalkyl or a group of formula -NR1R2, wherein R1 and R2 represent independently a substituent selected from hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, heteroaryl or cycloalkyl or R1 and R2 form with the adjacent nitrogen atom and optionally with further heteroatom(s) a heterocyclic ring; m is an integer of 0 to 1 ; n is an integer of 1 to 2, and/or geometric isomers and/or stereoisomers and/or diastereomers and/or salts and/or hydrates and/or solvates thereof, to the processes for producing the same, to pharmacological compositions containing the same and to their use in therapy and/or prevention of a condition which requires modulation of dopamine and/or 5-HT1A receptors.
La présente invention concerne des ligands selon la formule (I) préférant un sous-type de récepteur de la dopamine D3 et D2 et de la sérotonine 5-HT1A ; dans ladite formule, A correspond à un alkyle, alkényle, aryle, hétéroaryle, cycloalkyle ou à un groupe de la formule -NR1R2, où R1 et R2 représentent indépendamment un substituant choisi parmi un hydrogène, un alkyle, un alkényle, un aryle, un hétéroaryle ou un cycloalkyle ou bien R1 et R2 forment un anneau hétérocyclique avec l'atome d'azote voisin et en option avec aussi un ou plusieurs hétéroatomes ; m est un nombre entier de 0 à 1 ; n est un nombre entier de 1 à 2, et/ou des isomères géométriques et/ou des stéréoisomères et/ou des diastéréomères et/ou des sels et/ou des hydrates et/ou des solvates de ceux-ci. L'invention concerne aussi des processus pour les produire, des compositions pharmacologiques les contenant et leur utilisation dans le traitement et/ou la prévention d'un état qui nécessite la modulation des récepteurs de la dopamine et/ou de 5-HT1A.
