Disclosed is a novel cyclohexylamine derivative containing a phenyl group, which is useful as a novel sigma receptor ligand. Also disclosed is a therapeutic agent for diseases accompanied by a central nervous system disorder, which comprises the compound as an active ingredient. The therapeutic agent comprises a compound represented by general formula [1] or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient: (see formula 1) wherein X and Y independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a trihalomethyl group, a dihalomethyl group, a monohalomethyl group, a methoxy group, a hydroxyl group, or an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms; R1, R2, R3 and R4 independently represent a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, an alkoxyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, or an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms; R5 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, or an alkylene group which has 2 to 4 carbon atoms and can bind to a carbon atom other than carbon atoms that bind to a nitrogen atom on the cyclohexyl ring to form a ring; n represents an integer of 1 to 5; and Z represents a sulfur atom, a carbon atom, or an oxygen atom.
La présente invention concerne un nouveau dérivé de cyclohexylamine contenant un groupe phényle, qui est utile en tant que nouveau ligand des récepteurs sigma. L'invention concerne également un agent thérapeutique destiné à lutter contre des maladies s'accompagnant de troubles du système nerveux central, qui contient le composé en tant que principe actif. L'agent thérapeutique contient un composé représenté par la formule générale [1] ou un sel pharmacologiquement acceptable de celui-ci, en tant que principe actif. [Dans la formule, X et Y représentent indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène, un atome d'halogène, un groupe trihalogénométhyle, un groupe dihalogénométhyle, un groupe monohalogénométhyle, un groupe méthoxy, un groupe hydroxy, ou un groupe alkyle comportant 1 à 3 atomes de carbone ; R1, R2, R3 et R4 représentent indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe hydroxy, un groupe alcoxy comportant 1 à 3 atomes de carbone, ou un groupe alkyle comportant 1 à 3 atomes de carbone ; R5 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle comportant 1 à 5 atomes de carbone, ou un groupe alkylène qui comporte 2 à 4 atomes de carbone et peut se lier à un atome de carbone autre que les atomes de carbone qui se lient à un atome d'azote sur le cycle cyclohexyle pour former un cycle ; n représente un entier de 1 à 5 ; et Z représente un atome de soufre, un atome de carbone, ou un atome d'oxygène].
