A cyclonic or anti-cyclonic conversion tower which consists of a central vortical duct (1), and at least one convector made up of two vertical membranes or screens (2) and (3), generated by a curve and which are limited at one of their sides by the central vortical duct (1), and at least two stiffeners (4) and (5) per convector, there being a blocking device (6) per convector, a diffuser (23), a deflector (24), and means for converting kinetic energy into electrical or mechanical energy, the blocking devices (6) having the shape of a guiding crown and can turn on the outer circumference of the central vortical duct (1), the general context adopting the shape of a cylinder or a cylinder ending in an inverted cone trunk.
L'invention concerne une tour de conversion cyclonique et anticyclonique formée d'un conduit central à courants tourbillonnaires (1) et d'au moins un convecteur constitué de deux membranes ou écrans (2, 3) verticales(aux), généré(e)s par une courbe et qui sont délimité(e)s sur un de leurs côtés par le conduit central à courants tourbillonnaires (1). On prévoit également au moins deux raidisseurs (4, 5) par convecteur, un obturateur (6) par convecteur, un diffuseur (23), un déflecteur (24) et des moyens de conversion d'énergie cinétique en énergie électrique ou mécanique. Les obturateurs (6) adoptent la forme d'une couronne directrice et peuvent tourner autour de la circonférence extérieure du conduit central à courants tourbillonnaires (1). L'ensemble se présente sous forme de cylindre ou d'un cylindre évidé dans un tronc de cône inversé.
