Disclosed herein is a cycloolefin resin composition comprising a graft modified cycloolefin resin in an amount of 0.5 to 38 parts by weight, unmodified elastomer in an amount of 0 to 38 parts by weigh and/or a modified elastomer in an amount of 0 to 38 parts by weigh, and a polyamide resin in an amount of mare than 60 parts by weight but not more than 99 parts by weight, provided that the sum total of the unmodified elastomer (b) and the modified elastomer (c) is in the range of 0.5 to 38 parts by weight. Said resin composition has excellent impact strength, low water absorption, excellent dimensional stability and excellent adhesion of coating.
