The invention relates to cyclopalladated compounds containing bis- diphenylphosphine-ferrocene ligands and their analogues which are active inhibitors of proteins and enzymes, for example, those of the serine peptidase, cysteine-protease, metalo-protease and endopeptidase families, involved in the development and metastases of malignant tumors, e.g. of the thyroid. An exemplary compound is shown in the figure. The compounds are able te modulate the immunological system due to their action on the enzymes and their interaction with DNA molecules.
L'invention concerne des composés de palladium cycliques contenant des ligands de bis-diphénylphosphine-ferrocène et leurs analogues qui sont des inhibiteurs actifs de protéines et d'enzymes, par exemple, celles des familles de la sérine peptidase, de la cystéine protéase, de la métalo-protéase et de l'endopeptidase, impliquées dans le développement de métastases de tumeurs malignes, par exemple, de la thyroïde. Un composé exemplaire est présenté dans la figure. Ces composés peuvent moduler le système immunologique, en raison de leur action sur les enzymes et de leur interaction avec des molécules d'ADN.
