ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Cyclosporins are useful immunosuppressive, anti-fungal and antiphlogistic agents which are relatively insoluble in water and aqueous fluids (including body fluids). They may be rendered more soluble by the concomitant administration of .alpha.-cyclodextrin, either separately but essentially simultaneously or, preferably, in admixture.
