A cylinder head gasket, particularly for internal combustion engines, consisting of a core (8) comprising at least one metal sheet (10) combined with a covering (24) made of an elastomeric material (25), and further having holes (13) which register with the engine cylinders, the adjacent cooling and lubricating fluid circuits and the fastening studs. Said gasket is characterized in that it includes resilient bearing faces (28) arranged over at least part of its surface. A related manufacturing method is also provided.
