A cylinder lock and key combination, wherein the lock comprises a side profile ridge (60) disposed in the key slot (53) and having relatively shallow recesses (61) in which a projection (55) on a side tumbler (54) is vertically movable, and a continuously extending edge portion (62). The key has a relatively shallow coded groove (17), which cooperates with the side tumbler projections (55) of the lock, and a rectilinear, deeper profile groove (16), into which the edge portion (62) of the side profile ridge fits. This unitary edge portion secures a good guidance of the key when the latter is inserted into the lock.
L'invention concerne un ensemble serrure à barillet et clé dans lequel la serrure comprend une nervure profilée latérale (60) prévue dans la fente (53) pour la clé, et présentant des évidements relativement peu profonds (61) dans lesquels une saillie (55) sur une gorge latérale (54) est mobile verticalement, et une partie marginale (62) s'étend en continu. La clé comporte une rainure codée (17) relativement peu profonde qui coopère avec les saillies (55) de la gorge latérale de la serrure, et une rainure profilée (16) rectiligne plus profonde dans laquelle s'adapte la nervure profilée latérale. Cette partie marginale monobloc assure un bon guidage de la clé lorsque cette dernière est insérée dans la serrure.
