The invention relates to a device for stripping impurities from belt bands in conveying systems in the area of a drive and/or deflection cylinder of the belt band. The inventive device comprises a system support which is fastened to a belt band-supporting frame and on which at least one stripping element is arranged. Said stripping element is provided with a stripping lamella that is mounted on a lamella support and leans in a stripping manner against the belt band in the stripping position. The stripping element is also provided with a lower rotating joint which is connected to the lamella support and has a horizontal rotating shaft, the term horizontal and similar in principle referring to the operational position of the stripping element, and a spring device that acts upon the lamella support in order to press the stripping lamella against the belt band. Said lower rotating joint and spring device are configured and disposed such that the lamella support is pivoted in a spring-loaded manner about the horizontal rotating shaft in the stripping position of the stripping lamella while slightly swiveling away and swiveling back into the operating position on the belt band when obstacles which permanently stick to the belt band hit the stripping lamella. In order to be able to use the inventive stripping device at least as a preliminary stripper showing a regular stripping performance in the cylinder area of the belt band while obtaining extended operating times even at high belt speeds which are associated with correspondingly large quantities of material, the stripping lamella is pivotally mounted on the lamella support by means of an upper rotating joint having a horizontal rotating shaft and is maintained in a spring-biased position by means of an upper spring device, the spring effect of which is in the opposite direction relative to the lower rotating joint and the spring device thereof.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de raclage de l'encrassement de sangles de transporteurs à courroies dans la zone d'un tambour d'entraînement et/ou d'un tambour de renvoi de la sangle comprenant un support système à fixer à une insfrastructure de sangle et doté d'au moins un élément de raclage. L'élément de raclage présente des lamelles de raclage qui sont installées sur un support de lamelles et qui, en position de raclage, sont en contact de grattage sur la sangle. L'élément de raclage présente une articulation tournante inférieure reliée au support de lamelles et dotée de données axe de rotation horizontal comme "horizontal" ou autres données pertinentes et systématiquement la position d'utilisation de l'élément de raclage, ainsi qu'un dispositif à ressort qui agit sur le support de lamelles pour appuyer les lamelles de raclage sur la sangle et qui a une conception et une disposition telle que, lorsque les lamelles de raclage sont en position de raclage, le support de lamelles tourne autour de l'axe de rotation horizontal commandé par ressort et, en présence d'un obstacle adhérent solidement sur la sangle, il peut tourner légèrement vers les lamelles de raclage puis retourner en position prêt à fonctionner sur la sangle. Pour pourvoir utiliser le dispositif de raclage dans la zone tambour de la sangle au moins comme préraclette avec une puissance de raclage uniforme et augmenter les durées de service même pour de grandes vitesses de sangle, qui sont liées à de grandes quantités de produits correspondantes, la lamelle de raclage est montée pivotante sur le support de lamelles par une articulation tournante supérieure ayant un axe de rotation horizontal et est maintenue sous une prétension du ressort par un dispositif à ressort supérieur dont la tension élastique est en sens inverse par rapport à l'articulation tournante inférieure et son dispositif à ressort.
