The present invention pertains to a dog-waste removal product. This particular dog-waste removal product is cylindrical in design, with a handle for easy carrying and utilizes a standard plastic bag and nylon elastic in its operation. Presently, dog owners utilize other methods to pick up after their dog, including the "hand-in-a-bag" method that requires the dog owner to place their hand in a bag, and quickly invert the bag, "trapping" the dog waste inside the bag. The cylinder serves as the "framework" for the plastic grocery bag, and the braided nylon elastic, is part of the functional process, "snapping" closed on the bag, trapping the dog-waste inside the bag (up in the cylinder). The dog owner inverts the cylinder, and removes the bag from the unit.
