TITLE: Improved cylindrical shredding rotor for shredding hay bales and the like ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A shredding rotor for use in portable hay bale shredding machines and the like. It provides a smooth cylindrical surface which is less likely to catch strings, lines, cords and other similar fibrous objects that tend to wind around the revolving rotor in hay bale shredding machines. It uses equilateral triangular cutters having three sharpened edges and a novel mounting means for the cutters to greatly facilitate installation of the cutters and maintenance of the shredding rotor.
