ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides a bituminous damp-proof course that is compatible with hot bitumen and bituminous cold- setting adhesives and whose covering material is modified with atactic polypropylene (APP) and isotactic polypropylene (IPP). After being applied at 180 to 200°C the material that had been homogenized under high forces of gravity is cooled at a cooling rate of not lower than 120 R per minute. On the surface there are thus being formed polymer spherolites which improve the adhe- sive readiness and prevent the oily components from exuding out of the bitumen.
