The invention relates to a damping element (1) for a shoe, especially for a sports shoe, consisting of at least one first element (2) which extends essentially in a load direction (R) over a pre-determined height (H) in the unloaded state of the damping element (1), and is embodied as a hollow body defining a receiving area (3) in which an associated second element (4) with a smaller cross-section then the first element (2) can at least partially penetrate. The second element (4) extends essentially in the load direction (R) over a pre-determined height (h) in the unloaded state of the damping element (1), and is arranged coaxially in relation to the first element (2). The aim of the invention is to improve the damping performance of the shoe. To this end, the second element (4) is also embodied as a hollow body and the two associated elements (2, 4) are interconnected by means of an elastic connecting section (5) which only extends between the first element (2) and the second element (4).
L'invention concerne un élément amortisseur (1) d'une chaussure, notamment d'une chaussure de sport, composé d'au moins un premier élément (2) qui s'étend sensiblement sur une hauteur donnée (H) dans une direction de charge (R) lorsque l'élément amortisseur (1) est à l'état non chargé et qui est conçu sous forme de corps creux. Cet élément amortisseur définit un espace logement (3) dans lequel peut pénétrer au moins partiellement un deuxième élément associé (4) de section transversale plus petite que celle du premier élément (2). Le deuxième élément (4) s'étend sensiblement sur une hauteur donnée (h) dans la direction de charge (R) lorsque l'élément amortisseur (1) est à l'état non chargé et est placé coaxialement au premier élément (2). L'invention vise à améliorer le comportement d'amortissement de la chaussure. A cet effet, également le deuxième élément (4) est réalisé sous forme de corps creux et les deux éléments associés (2, 4) sont reliés par une section de liaison élastique (5) qui s'étend seulement entre le premier élément (2) et le deuxième élément (4).
