Un exemple de réalisation comporte : - un premier réseau de connexion à multiplexage temporel asynchrone (17), pour établir des premiers circuits virtuels se- mi-permanents; - un second réseau de connexion à multiplexage temporel asynchrone (18), pour établir des seconds circuits virtuels se- permanents utilisés pour secourir dos premiers circuits virtuels dans lesquels il y aurait dos pertes de données; - seize stations (1 à 16), chaque station comportant des moyens (19) pour échanger des informations sous la forme de cellules de longueur fixée, selon un protocole de communication adapté aux réseaux de connexion à multiplexage temporel asynchrone, on attribuant à chaque cellule une étiquette désignant l'un des circuits virtuels semi-permanents.
