In a data conversion apparatus (101) of a copyright protecting system, a data format judging portion (103) judges whether or not the data is of a super distribution format, attribute information obtaining unit (105) identifies the audio contents of the data and obtains the attribute information corresponding to the identified audio contents from the external equipment via said data transmission/receiving portion (102); and a data format conversion portion (104, 105, 106) converts the audio contents together with the obtained attribute information to the super distribution data format to be supplied to an external recording apparatus (121).
Dans un système de conversion de données (101) d'un système de protection du droit d'auteur, une partie d'appréciation du format des données (103) juge si le format des données est un super-format de distribution ou non, une unité d'obtention de données fournissant des caractéristiques (106) identifie le contenu audio des données et obtient les données fournissant des caractéristiques, correspondant au contenu audio identifié en provenance de l'équipement externe, par l'intermédiaire de ladite partie de transmission/réception de données (102) ; et une partie de conversion de format de données (104, 105, 106) convertit le contenu audio conjointement avec les données fournissant des caractéristiques, en format de données de super-distribution à envoyer à un appareil d'enregistrement externe (121).
