At a terminal where communication can take place via a network, ADF in which property information on data is stored is received, and based upon the communication systems (ordinary/SSL) which were used for receiving this ADF and the communication system which is used for receiving JAR in which the entity of the above mentioned data is stored, whether a communication pattern is allowable determined. JAR is received if the communication pattern is allowable, and JAR is not received if the communication pattern is not allowable for security reasons. In other words, data is obtained only when the communication pattern is allowable.

L'invention concerne un terminal pouvant communiquer par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau, et au niveau duquel l'ADF qui stocke les informations d'attribut de données est reçu et déterminé sur la base du système de communication (ordinaire/SSL) utilisé au moment de la réception de l'ADF et du système de communication à utiliser au moment de la réception du JAR stockant l'entité des données, qu'il s'agisse ou non d'une configuration de communication autorisée. Le JAR est reçu dans le cas où la configuration de communication est autorisée mais pas lorsque la configuration de communication n'est pas autorisée et compromet la sécurité. Autrement dit, les données ne sont acquises que dans le cas où la configuration de communication est autorisée.
