The invention relates to a data processing method which is carried out in a computer environment comprising processing and recording means and consists in providing the memory with: a plurality of individually identifiable information carrier units, a dictionary of simple irreducible elements characterising said information carrier units, a dynamic structure associated with each information carrier unit and comprising at least one knowledge object consisting of simple elements selected from said dictionary of simple elements, a recorded dynamic structure comprising a first information identifying respective simple elements and a second information identifying the links between the simple elements in the knowledge objects. The number of knowledge objects and the number of simple elements therein can vary from one dynamic structure to another and the dynamic structure can vary in time according to the behaviour of users and calculations performed by processing means. The inventive method also involves a step of processing the information carrier units using the first and second information of the actual associated dynamic structures thereof. Said invention can be used, in particular for managing human resources, qualifications, experiences, etc.
Un procédé de traitement de données, dans un environnement informatique comprenant des moyens de traitement et une mémoire, comprend les étapes suivantes : prévoir dans la mémoire une pluralité d'entités porteuses d'informations, individuellement identifiées ; prévoir dans la mémoire un dictionnaire d'éléments simples irréductibles aptes à caractériser les entités porteuses d'informations ; prévoir dans la mémoire, en association avec chaque entité porteuse d'informations, une structure dynamique comprenant au moins un objet connaissance composé d'éléments simples choisis dans le dictionnaire d'éléments simples, la structure dynamique mémorisée comprenant des premières informations identifiant les éléments simples respectifs et des deuxièmes informations identifiant des liaisons entre éléments, simples dans les objets connaissance, le nombre d'objets connaissance et le nombre d'éléments, simples dans les objets connaissance pouvant varier d'une structure dynamique à l'autre, et la structure dynamique pouvant varier au cours du temps en fonction du comportement des utilisateurs et de calculs effectués par les moyens de traitement ; effectuer des traitements sur les entités porteuses d'informations en utilisant les premières et secondes informations de leurs structures dynamiques associées courantes. Application notamment à la gestion des ressources humaines, des compétences, des connaissances, etc.
