Main data and a sub-code from input terminals (1a, 1b) are processed by encoders (2a, 2b) and supplied to an EFM modulation section (4) via a multiplexer (3). The EFM modulation section (4) consists of an 8-14 conversion section (5a) and a connection bit selection section (5b). For the EFM modulation section (4), there are prepared DSV normal control (7a) and DSV special control (7b). The DSV special control is performed only in a predetermined section preset on an optical disc. The DSV special control is a control in the direction to increase the DSV absolute value to a degree causing a danger of preventing normal data reproduction. The normal control is a control in the direction to converge the DSV absolute value to 0. During reproduction, if the reproduction state of a predetermined section is not normal, the disc is judged to be an original disc. It is possible to record an encryption key in a predetermined section.
Selon l'invention, des données principales et un sous-code provenant de terminaux d'entrée (1a, 1b) sont traités par des codeurs (2a, 2b) et fournis à une section de modulation EFM (4) par l'intermédiaire d'un multiplexeur (3). La régulation spéciale de la valeur de la somme numérique n'est effectuée que sur une section prédéterminée d'un disque optique. Cette régulation spéciale de la valeur de la somme numérique a pour objet d'augmenter la valeur absolue de la somme numérique jusqu'à un niveau pouvant empêcher la reproduction normale des données. La régulation normale fait converger la valeur absolue de la somme numérique vers 0. Pendant la reproduction, si l'état de reproduction d'une section prédéterminée n'est pas normal, le disque est considéré comme étant un disque original. Il est possible d'enregistrer une clé de cryptage dans une section prédéterminée.
